Unfortunately, we can only help folks buy what is currently on the market. Differing prices across local real estate markets in Colorado may at times be a bit baffling, but the market is actually quite efficient, with prices being determined by supply and demand. As much as we would like to determine home prices, that is not something that we, or anyone else for that matter, has any direct control over. That said, many buyers who are new to the market may not be familiar with local pricing. • Sellers who want to sell their house themselves.
