Colorado HomeFinder Founders:
Lane Hornung and Anthony Francavilla founded Colorado HomeFinder in 2002 on the belief that a real estate website serving today's home buyers and sellers needs to have both a great website and the help of great agents.

Commitment to the Community:
Each time one of our Colorado HomeFinder clients closes on the purchase or sale of a home, we make a charitable donation to the Children's Miracle Network in the name of our client. Colorado HomeFinder has donated thousands of dollars to the Children's Miracle Network (CMN). CMN is an international non-profit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds for 170 children's hospitals.

Lane Hornung, President
Prior to founding Colorado HomeFinder, Mr. Hornung served as Vice President of Business Development at one of the nation's fastest growing real estate brokerages. He is a pioneer in using the Internet to help buyers and sellers, and has spoken at many national conferences highlighting technology and real estate. Mr. Hornung is a top producing REALTOR, a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club, and a certified e-PRO.

Mr. Hornung is a third generation Coloradoan. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Cobra attack helicopter pilot and is a Gulf War veteran. Mr. Hornung has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of the Colorado Association of REALTORs.

Anthony Francavilla, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Francavilla is an experienced real estate investor; he purchased his first rental investment property at the age of 23. Prior to founding Colorado HomeFinder, Mr. Francavilla served as Senior Vice President of Application Development at Seurat (formerly XOR, Inc), a technology consulting firm whose clients included RE/MAX International, Procter & Gamble and ConAgra.

Mr. Francavilla began his technology career at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration where he was co-awarded a patent for an Internet-based system that autonomously controls a cloud sensing radar. Mr. Francavilla has a Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and studied Electrical Engineering and Economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of the Colorado Association of REALTORs.
