Lane Hornung and Anthony Francavilla founded COhomefinder in 2002 on the belief that a real estate website serving today's home buyers and sellers needs to have both a great website and the help of great agents.

Commitment to the Community:
Each time one of our COhomefinder clients closes on the purchase or sale of a home, we make a charitable donation to the Greenhouse Scholars in the name of our client. COhomefinder has donated thousands of dollars to the Greenhouse Scholars, which provides comprehensive personal and financial support to high-performing, under-resourced college students. They offer intellectual, academic, professional, and financial support to cultivate the next generation of community leaders.

Lane Hornung, President
Prior to founding COhomefinder, Mr. Hornung served as Vice President of Business Development at one of the nation's fastest growing real estate brokerages. He is a pioneer in using the Internet to help buyers and sellers, and has spoken at many national conferences highlighting technology and real estate. Mr. Hornung is a top producing REALTOR and a certified e-PRO.

Mr. Hornung is a third generation Coloradoan. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Cobra attack helicopter pilot and is a Gulf War veteran. Mr. Hornung has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of the Colorado Association of REALTORs.
